Payments, Discounts, Refunds & Transfers

Yes, you can pay in installments (HAPPY PAY) for trips that cost more than $2,000. Your booking e-mail with contain more information on how to pay in installments.
There is a discount for groups of 4 or more. If there is a current promo on the sites, the group discount will be nullified and replaced by the promo.
We encourage you to book online. However, if you are experiencing difficulty, please call us and we will create an offline booking for you. You can also make a booking online and choose the PAY LATER option. We will send you an email telling you how to complete your booking via bank transfer or secured payment link.
Please, look through the details of our T and Cs to understand our refund policy. Most trips are not refundable beyond a certain date.
If you would like to change the name on a booking for a local tour, please contact us immediately. Please, look through the details of our T and Cs for more information.

Security & Insurance

We offer basic travel insurance to guests on all our trips. We take extra precaution to uphold the highest safety and security standards and ensure that we visit places without insecurity challenges.

Children, Solo Trips & Joining from Anywhere

Any number of people are welcome to join our group trips as displayed on the site. If you would like to book a private trip, you can do so on our site and include the size of your group.
Many trips are available for adults and kids. Trips that are child-friendly have this information spelled out clearly in the details section for the tour. The cost per child is also indicated on the payment page.
Yes! We welcome adventurers from across the world all the time.

Room Sharing

Yes. Please, indicate this information in the comments section when making your booking. If you forget to do this, send us a message as soon as you can.
If you are booking a set trip, most trips have an option to book a private room. Please, take note to click this option when booking.

Special Requests

You can make special requests if you are lactose intolerant, vegetarian, vegan or pepper-less. Please, indicate this information in the comment section at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot accommodate taste preferences.
When you are booking a set trip, you will see all the options and variants available for that trip. Typically, you can join our trips from anywhere in the world and book a package with flights or a package without flights. If you would like to change many aspects of a tour, consider booking for a private package.

Tours Outside Africa & The Middle East

We currently plan trips mostly to Africa and the Middle East. If you would like to book a trip to another part of the world, we may be able to help you under certain conditions. Reach out to us with your special request and we will respond to you.
